A Leadership Program for the Future of our Community

The Columbia Basin Leadership Fellows Program is a nine-month program with a proven and enduring process of reflection that goes well beyond a band-aid leadership course. This is not "training," it is education in its purest form.

Leadership Fellows will learn from each other and bring this sharing back to their organization. They will understand their own strengths and weaknesses more clearly and gain courage to share these personal characteristics transparently. They will understand those they lead and see them as people with problems, insecurities, hopes, dreams, and aspirations. They will be inspired to both grow as leaders and develop as leaders of character. They will understand the link between leadership and culture and champion an organization that improves lives, drives retention, and maximizes performance.
