The Math/Science Division offers courses that meet a variety of student goals. Courses are available for updating knowledge in particular fields or for people with special interests in certain areas. Preparatory courses are available for students who lack sufficient background or who are hesitant to begin college-level classes.
Each program/discipline offers courses ranging from survey level through classes required of sophomore students majoring in a particular discipline. A wide range of courses are available to pre-professional, transfer, and occupational students. A number of Associate in Applied Science and certificate programs are offered. Students not majoring in the sciences will find a broad spectrum of courses developed with their interests in mind.
