Welcome to the Arts and Humanities Division!

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Arts and Humanities Division homepage. You will find links to all of the academic departments housed in the Arts and Humanities; these include English/Literature, Music, Theatre Arts, Communication Studies, and Visual Arts. We hope you will find the information contained in these pages informative. The faculty listed in these departments will be more than happy to assist you in getting answers to your questions about their particular programs. You will also find links and information about the numerous events each of the departments host throughout the year.

Our division fosters development of the Student Learning Outcomes by providing high quality programs, cultural activities, and instruction in the Arts. I believe the Fine, Performing, and Literary Arts are the tools by which we define, express, and represent ourselves as a culture. It is through these Arts that we as individuals come to comprehend ourselves and our relationship within a diverse, ever-changing society. Our success as both individuals and community come through our understanding of the Arts.
